KCP was founded and established in October 2001. It is incorporated in the state of Kentucky as an independent not for profit corporation. Officers are elected at the May meeting by the membership and begin their duties at the July meeting for a two year period. Officers meet once each month.
The membership meets every other month (January, March, May, July,
September and November.)
