General information on our meetings

Frequency:  2^nd Thursday of each odd month (January, March, May, etc.)

Time:  3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
          4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Question & Answer/Open Forum

Meeting Format: 

·         Refreshments provided (10 min. prior to start of meeting)

·         Announcements/discussion of KCP business (appx. 10 min.)

·         Topic presented by scheduled speaker (appx. 30 – 80 min.)

·         Follow-up Q&A related to presented topic (appx. 10 – 15 min.)

·         Open Forum (appx. 10 – 15 min.)
